Elf

Yesterday didn't turn out as I'd hoped. Initially excited about seeing the production of "Elf" at the Welk Theater, my day took a turn. With limited options at home due to lacking a car, I decided to take a nap after dealing with Christmas preparations. Later, my mom, who had mentioned resigning from the theater, went to a meeting. When she returned, I hesitated to ask about it, sensing there was more beneath the surface. We eventually headed to the Welk theater, and despite the enjoyable show, encountering people from the SDMT during intermission left me questioning their opinions of me, which left me feeling uneasy during the second half.
