Hum

Today, I can't stop humming, and it's even  getting on my nerves. I've noticed I do it more when stressed, even though I'm aware it might bother others I can’t stop it !  Interestingly, I’ve learned  humming has its perks – it helps with breathing, reduces stress, and boosts well-being by activating the vagus nerve, leading to relaxation and a better mood. #Hum
