All Day

I've been battling with a persistent headache and stomach pains all day long, and it's left me feeling utterly drained. And we all know why!  The discomfort has been so intense that I've spent most of the day confined to bed, unable to find relief. As the hours drag on, a sense of dread settles over me, and I can't shake the feeling that my time may be coming to an end.
