Better

It’s 4 a.m., and while I’m feeling a lot better than I have been, I’m still nowhere close to good. What’s making things worse is waking up to find I was charged for three things through Apple and my art website—over $150 gone just like that. It’s so frustrating, and now I have to dispute the charges and figure out how to keep better track of this stuff. Sometimes it feels like life just doesn’t let up; even when you’re already down, there’s always something else waiting to pile on. It’s exhausting trying to stay on top of everything when it feels like the world is working against you.
