Mental Health Awareness

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to think about how important it is to take care of our mental well-being and to stop judging people with mental health conditions. Two years ago, I found out I had bipolar disorder, which changed my life a lot. It was tough, but I learned to accept it and get help through medication and therapy sessions every week. Mental Health Awareness Month helps me see how far I've come and why it's so important to support mental health services.   It's a chance to share stories, teach others, and be kind to people dealing with mental health issues. The past seven years have been tough for me, and even though I write about my experiences every day on my blog, I've decided to broaden my reach. I'm going to start sharing my story on Facebook, Instagram, and maybe even try making some TikToks about the challenges I've faced.
