Election

I can hardly believe the results of the election, though, in a way, I kind of knew it was coming. I had a feeling that Trump would win again, even though I’m surrounded by people who don’t think that way. Just because I hang out with folks who lean in a different direction doesn’t mean the reality of what’s happening isn’t true, and sadly, here we are again. It’s frustrating to watch the same pattern unfold, but I guess it’s also a reminder that not everyone sees things through the same lens, no matter how much we wish they did. The whole thing feels like déjà vu, and it’s hard to shake that feeling of disappointment.
