I love my Parents but......

"I love my dad but..." That's a line I struggle daily --the love for my dad, my sense of obligation; my guilt that, no matter how much I do, it never seems to be enough; my difficulty in coping with my own needs, my fears about my future and, not least, my inability to see an end in sight. My dad's story is the mirror image of mine. "I love my son, I know he wants to help, but..." The words say he appreciate my concern while he feels it as an infringement on their autonomy.
