Invite

Today, I got the invite of a lifetime—my Italian cousin Francesca wants me at her wedding in Paris next June! I’m one of only two American family members invited, so I’m basically royalty. I can already imagine the incredible setting, the fancy food, and all those stylish relatives speaking…well, mostly Italian. Here’s the catch: I’m a little worried I’ll be standing there smiling and nodding, wondering if they’re talking about wedding cake or telling me I’m standing in the wrong spot. But hey, I’ll brush up on my “grazie” and “oui” and hope for the best—it’s Paris, after all!
