Today, I made a plan to go with my mom to the Japanese Friendship Garden as I had never been, and yesterday was a complete bust. It was nice but short, and my mom got completely overheated and was pink as we had lunch. We had plenty of time to go into the art institute, but she said her panties were wet, so we left. The whole thing was over by 1 PM, and back at home. Since I get up at the crack of dawn, I laid down, and she left to go "play with Archie" and never came back until 9 PM, leaving me stuck for another day. My Dad is still in the hospital.
