Johnny and June

I was incredibly fortunate to attend an invited dress rehearsal of a new show opening this week at the La Jolla Playhouse, The Ballad of Johnny and June, which tells the story between Johnny Cash and June Carter. Although I have seen several Cash shows before, this one was truly phenomenal. It delved deeply into their "love story" as narrated by their son, John Carter Cash. The storytelling, acting, singing, and the band were all incredible. I am confident it will make its way to Broadway next season, much like last year's hit, The Outsiders. I was thrilled to be invited to such a cool event and witness this remarkable production firsthand. Don't miss out—get your tickets!
