Sandcastles

This morning, I took a trip to Imperial Beach with my mom to check out the sandcastle building event. I guess they’ve scaled it back to just one after COVID, but it was still pretty cool. The theme was all about the '80s, so we saw sand sculptures featuring everything from classic video games to Cabbage Patch Dolls. It was a fun throwback, and the creativity was impressive. I also treated myself to a Dole Whip, which tasted just like the ones at Disneyland. It was a fun little outing that brought back some great memories.
