The Wicked Witch

The wicked witch represents our fears, which are only an illusion. They will keep appearing in our lives until we have the courage to face them. Just like Dorothy faced the witch to get what she wanted, we need to face the fears in our lives holding us back. Dorothy threw water on the witch, which caused her to melt away. The water is an analogy to shining a light in the face of fear to make it disappear.
