Therapy

Today, I've got a 2-hour therapy session ahead – starting with an hour with my therapist Leah, followed by another hour in group therapy focusing on trauma. I'm eager to see how it unfolds. I'm also hoping to catch Wonka later today since it's half-price movie day. So far, I've smoothly completed my SAR7 online and applied to volunteer at the LGBTQ center. However, it'll take 4 to 6 weeks for acceptance, as none of the current programs feel quite right for me at the moment. It feels like quite an accomplishment for me today.
