This is Us

I’ve been rewatching This Is Us on Netflix, and it’s hitting me all over again. I only caught the last three seasons live, so I figured it was time for the full emotional ride. If you’ve seen it, you know how raw and real the drama is. It got so heavy I avoided the final three episodes—until this morning. Dan Fogelman really is a genius, creating a story that captures the complexities of family, love, and loss. The way they handled Rebecca’s final moments was brilliant. The train metaphor, with her passing through stages of life and meeting loved ones, was a beautiful, heartbreaking tribute—more about celebrating her life than just her death, bringing peace and closure.
