My sister got me these super cool Wicked-themed cake pops, and I was so excited to make them—I mean, how hard could it be, right? Spoiler: way harder than I thought. What started as a fun little baking project quickly turned into a chaotic mess that could only be described as a total Nailed It moment. The perfect pops on the box somehow morphed into lumpy blobs with icing that looked like it was applied by a blindfolded toddler. It was laughable, to say the least, but honestly, the disaster was half the fun. At least they still tasted good… kind of.
